To order less than 10 books, please place your order through Amazon.

A standard discount is offered. Additional discounts are available for 50 or more of one title shipped to one address.

All orders must be prepaid, and there are no returns accepted, unless defective.

Please provide the complete shipping address and quantity of books you desire below, and we will send you a price quote including shipping. A phone number is also required to provide to the shipper. Our quote will come in the form of a Paypal request for payment. If you want to order, simply pay the Paypal request and we will ship the books right away. (You can use a credit card to pay even if you do not have a Paypal account.)

Unless you tell us that your shipping address is a commerical address, our price quote will include ground shipping to a residential address.
